Attending Bermuda College implies agreement with the rules and regulations the College has implemented to ensure a safe learning environment for everyone.

The best way to become familiar with these regulations is to be acquainted with the contents of both the Code of Conduct and College Catalogue.

The Code of Conduct provides information regarding student rights and responsibilities at Bermuda College. The Code is available online and is printed in the Student Planners. Please visit the Counselling and Career Centre (2nd floor of the Library Building) or Information Desk (2nd floor of College Centre) to pick up a free copy of the Student Planner.

The Code of Conduct provides detailed information on:

  • Expected academic  conduct
  • Expected non-academic conduct
  • Grievance procedures for academic and non-academic misconduct

The College Catalogue is one of the best sources of information about Bermuda College. You can access it online or pick up your free copy from the Information Desk located on the 2nd floor of College Centre. Be sure to refer to it often for key pieces of information about:

  • Important dates for the academic year (Sessional Dates)
  • College policy regarding programme changes, programme definitions, grading, graduation, etc
  • Articulation programmes with universities and colleges in Canada, the UK, the US, and the West Indies
  • Programmes offered at Bermuda College including the specific course requirements
  • Course descriptions
  • Tuition and Fees (returning students with a cumulative GPA less than 2.0 will be required to pay tuition)
  • Educational backgrounds of Faculty and Staff

The College Catalogue is produced annually and serves as your primary reference point for course requirements. If you maintain continuous enrolment, the requirements for your programme of study are based on the catalogue published the year you enter Bermuda College. If you do not enrol in classes for more than 2 academic years, enrolment is considered broken and you will have to reapply in order to complete the programme.  With reapplication, you will be subject to any changes that may have occurred to the programme requirements.
