College students are expected to assume responsibility for their learning experiences. In order to do this effectively, you must be aware of what is being documented on your student records. The College database stores academic and financial information on anyone enrolled in a course.

Your Academic Record is confidential and can only be released to others with your permission.

  • It captures your final grades for each semester as  well as any formal sanctions recorded as a result of student misconduct
  • Your official transcripts will be released only after submission of a completed Transcript Request form and the appropriate fee payment for the transaction
  • Official transcripts must be sent directly to the institution, agency or person designated on the Transcript Request form
  • Unofficial transcripts can be given directly to the student or printed from Web Advisor.

To resolve any issues with your Bermuda College academic record contact Sandy Crick, Coordinator of the Student Enrolment, Records & Registration (SERR) department by calling ext 4049 or by email to scrick@college.bm

Your Financial Record ....

  • tracks the funds coming and going from your student account
  • documents financial credits posted to your account(general payments, scholarships, In-House awards, financial assistance awards, etc)
  • documents any outstanding balance (unpaid fees, unpaid tuition balance, unpaid fines for damaging College property, etc)
